AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LimeList mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

LICENSE TO USE THE APP

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Install and use the App on your personal device(s)
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Copy or reproduce the App (except as allowed by these Terms)
• Distribute or transfer the App to others
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

USER ACCOUNTS

Account Creation

To use certain features, you need to create an account using an email address or Google sign-in.

Email Verification

Email verification is required to use the AI generation feature. Unverified accounts may be deleted after 7 days.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activities that occur under your account

APP FEATURES

Basic Features

The App allows you to:

• Create and manage grocery lists
• Store recipes
• Generate grocery lists using AI technology

AI Generation Feature

The AI generation feature processes images or text to create grocery lists. This feature has usage limits for non-premium users.

List Sharing

You may share grocery lists with other users.

FREE AND PREMIUM SERVICES

Free Services

Basic features are free to use. Free users:

• Receive a limited number of AI-powered generations
• Will see advertisements in the App

Premium Subscription

Premium subscribers receive:

• Unlimited AI-powered generations
• Ad-free experience

USER CONTENT

Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using the App (grocery lists and recipes).

License to Content

You grant us permission to store and process your content to provide the App's services.

ADVERTISEMENTS

For non-premium users, the App displays advertisements. Regarding these ads:

• We do not control the content of advertisements
• Clicking on ads may take you to external websites
• Ad content may be personalized based on your data

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always function without interruption or errors
• Errors will be corrected

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Your use of the App
• Any interruption in service
• Loss of data

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
